 Before starting regular therapy sessions, we conduct a free 25-minute initial assessment to understand your needs better. This session is an excellent opportunity to meet your therapist and discuss your goals and expectations. 

 Our therapy sessions offer a comprehensive and supportive environment for your well-being. Each 50-minute session is priced at a fixed rate of £36 for online sessions via Zoom. If you prefer face-to-face sessions, the rate is £46 

 We are committed to your satisfaction and understand that circumstances can change. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours post-session, and we will promptly process a full refund. Your well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients 

  We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice
